The backstory

Talking myself out of a rage, the tweeny art therapist was a twit. Know your audience!

I was irritated by a UCLA art therapist talking down to us in a CPITS Zoom class.

I really hated this Michael’s class, the guy didn’t even send a ref. photo, so I used a tiny image.

I began a pastel which was an epic fail, so I touched it up with paint. So it’s really mixed media.

I had to redo this piece, as my cousin accidentally brushed some of the pastel off the wood when she was moving, though it was primed with chalkboard paint. Redone 8/21.

The pastel chalk wouldn't stick to the paper, maddening. I gave up.

Sometimes you need to honor the ugly pieces for what may come later.
